Annual Meeting to Include Proposed Bylaws Changes and Membership Fees


The Board of the Northwest Community Land Trust Coalition will convene the annual meeting of the membership during the Gathering May 13 to 15. On the agenda will be proposed changes to the bylaws and proposed changes in membership dues.

To learn more about these proposed changes and provide input please join the Northwest Community Land Trust Coalition Board of Directors on a conference call on Friday, March 29th at 11am. Register for the conference call here https://bit.ly/2HgZYlE. The final changes will be distributed to members on April 14th, 2019. Voting on the final proposed changes will occur at the NWCLTC’s annual meeting on Tuesday, May 14th at 12:15 pm at Hilton Garden Inn North Seattle - 8401 Paine Field Blvd, Mukilteo, WA 98275. Voting is open to regular voting members of the NWCLTC; regular voting members are members that represent a Community Land Trust and have paid their 2019 membership dues..
