The Gathering is the premier professional networking and professional development opportunity for community land trust and permanently affordable homeownership practitioners in the Northwest. The Gathering is also the annual meeting for the membership of the Northwest Community Land Trust Coalition.

🏨 Recommended Lodging:
We’ve reserved hotel blocks with reduced rates at the following recommended hotels in Missoula. Rooms in the block are first-come, first served, and blocks are available until September 5th. We recommend booking your lodging soon!

Days Inn and Suites: 30 rooms, nightly rate of $99.

The conference location is UM's University Center. See here for a link to the specific building to help you plan your lodging. Though many recommended lodging options are within relative walking distance to the UC, we are working on getting shuttles from key downtown locations and will share more soon! Missoula also has a free bus system. Please reach out to membership@nwcltc.org ASAP if you have an accessibility need.
✈️ Flights:
We recommend flying into the Missoula, Montana Airport (MSO), a 10 minute drive from downtown and the University. Alaska Airlines is offering 10% off flights with the code ECMO205.
💸 Scholarships:
We want everyone who wants to attend to be able to and are doing our best to secure scholarships to support your attendance, but have a limited amount of scholarship funds available. Please fill out this scholarship request before August 31. The scholarship committee hopes to make decisions by September 5.

The conference will begin early on Monday, October 6th and end at 5pm on Tuesday, October 7th. There is an optional tour of CLTs and welcome party for those who register on Whova in advance and arrive by Sunday, October 5th at 3pm.
