Looking Back
2025's Gathering in Missoula, MT brought together CLT practitioners and partners from across the Northwest to share tools, strategies, and stories. Together, we explored themes of land stewardship, community power, and housing justice and celebrated the creativity and persistence of our movement.
Bus Tour Highlights
Front Step CLT led a tour through Missoula’s Northside, River Road, and Franklin to the Fort neighborhoods, where participants visited CLT homes, a CLT commercial building, a new limited-equity cooperative, and Montana's first CLT Farm, stewarded by Trust Montana.
Session Highlights
Breakout sessions this year offered a powerful mix of mission-centered storytelling, hands-on technical learning, and peer-led strategy sharing, giving participants both inspiration and practical tools to bring home. From acquisition financing and policy advocacy to facilitation, co-ops, and disaster resilience, attendees praised the depth, relevance, and real-world applicability of the content. We are excited to build on this for next year!

We welcomed 152 attendees from across the Northwest and beyond, including 13 scholarship recipients, 43 CLT organizations, and dozens of local partners and allies. Thank you for bringing your energy and shared commitment to this year's event!
