Proud Ground Post-Purchase Stewardship Manager

The Post-Purchase Stewardship Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the long-term success of homeowners in Proud Ground’s Community Land Trust model. The position oversees post-purchase engagement and support, ensuring homeowners are empowered, informed, and stable throughout their time as Proud Ground homeowner members. The Stewardship Manager acts as the primary liaison between Proud Ground and its homeowner members after purchase, providing education, counseling, compliance monitoring, and ongoing stewardship of the homes and Community Land Trust principles. A successful Stewardship Manager will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, be detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, and support a collaborative staff culture with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and equity strategies.
