The Big River Community Land Trust Seeks its inaugural Executive Director (ED). Located in the Columbia River Gorge, we seek to strengthen our community by building permanently-affordable housing. This year we will begin construction on our first house and are working to acquire additional land and build more houses. We are looking for a dynamic leader to help us build the CLT and partner with the community's diverse stakeholders to meet their needs. The ED will provide leadership for planning, resource acquisition, operations, programs, and fiscal management.
KULSHAN COMMUNITY LAND TRUST SEEKS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

The mission of Kulshan CLT in Bellingham WA is to strengthen our community by holding land in trust for permanently-affordable homeownership and other community benefits. The Development Director will work in direct partnership with the Executive Director. This partnership supports the Board of Directors and Staff in identifying and achieving financial and strategic goals which will sustain the organization into the future. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial and community needs of the organization, participating in acquisition of resources, communication with the public, and strategizing on next steps. The candidate will be able to lead both external development and internal management in developing capacity for Kulshan CLT as we expand. A successful Development Director will have the capacity to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and support a collaborative staff culture with a focus on DEI strategies.
