Operations and Membership Manager, Northwest Community Land Trust Coalition

$35-45/hr, 40-60 hrs/mo​

NWCLTC is hiring a Part-Time Operations and Membership Manager to help us build stronger, more sustainable internal systems and to support the members and partners who shape this movement. This role focuses on financial administration, event coordination, and member engagement. 

​

The position is designed with flexibility and can be shaped around the strengths, experience, and availability of the person hired. We value lived experience, community-rooted knowledge, and passion for the CLT movement as much as formal credentials. 

​

What You’ll Do 

  • Logistics support and planning for The Gathering (annual conference) in partnership with the Gathering Committee 

  • Manage financial processes such as invoices, payments and tracking receipts, invoices, and receivables reports in Quickbooks, membership payments, and monthly reporting 

  • Manage and support member communications, including Constant Contact newsletters and email inquiries, website updates on Wix, social media, etc. 

  • Logistics support for membership events and annual members' meeting logistics in March in partnership with the Membership Committee 

  • Manage the membership list including follow-ups for unpaid dues and outreach 

  • Support administrative functions like scheduling, recordkeeping, and timely nonprofit compliance filings 

  • Help improve internal systems and documentation 

  • Check physical mail 

  • Provide support with fundraising 

  • Other responsibilities as assigned, consistent with a part time schedule â€‹

Communications and Fundraising Manager, Headwaters Community Housing Trust

$70,000-80,000

Headwaters is a community-based, not-for-profit organization in Bozeman, MT committed to expanding the supply of permanent, below-market homes that local working households can afford to buy. The Communications and Fundraising Manager will increase Headwaters’ visibility and support in the community through the creation and implementation of a strategic communications strategy executed across different media. These efforts will serve to both grow awareness and financial support for Headwaters’ mission while educating the Gallatin Valley community on pro-housing policy solutions that support a more affordable community.

 

Executive Director, Home on Whidbey

​Home On Whidbey has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to lead and direct this growing community land trust organization on Whidbey Island, WA. It is the Executive Director’s responsibility to develop and strengthen stakeholder relationships including government, philanthropic, non-profit and business partners, and culturally specific communities. In addition, the Executive Director leads the organization in short and long-range development planning to ensure a strong homeownership pipeline for Home On Whidbey homebuyers.
