The Administrator Coordinator will assist with administrative duties related to the homeownership program, provide team support on community and fundraising events, assist in meeting calendaring and coordination, and general office administration as an integral part of the team. KulshanCLT has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to lead and direct this growing housing justice organization in the wonderful community of Bellingham, Washington. Under the direction of the Board of Trustees, the Executive Director will provide leadership in strategic planning, fundraising, operations, programs, management of the budget, and resource development to achieve KulshanCLT’s strategic goals. It is the Executive Director’s responsibility to develop and strengthen stakeholder relationships including government, philanthropic, non-profit and business partners, and culturally specific communities. In addition, the Executive Director leads the organization in short and long-range development planning to ensure a strong homeownership pipeline for KulshanCLT homebuyers. This position will have four direct reports: the Homeownership Program Director, the Finance and Operations Manager, the Development Director, and the Office Administrator; and one indirect report: the Grants and Communications Coordinator who reports to the Development Director.
