NWCLTC 2021 Gathering goes virtual!

The Northwest Community Land Trust Coalition has made the decision to keep our communities safe and make the 2021 Gathering completely VIRTUAL. This year's virtual Gathering will feature sessions from May - October on messaging, advocacy, homeowner engagement, growing your CLT portfolio, disaster recovery and more! Annual favorites return, including: State Housing Finance Agencies, HUD Roundtable, an expanded lenders panel, as well as the first-ever-virtual-game-night. This year's Gathering is one you don't want to miss!

Lender Panel & Secondary Market with HFA Conversation (9:30am - Noon)

Growing your CLT portfolio (2-4 pm)

Debrief/Evaluation (4:30-5:30 pm)

Stewardship: Homeowner Engagement (2-2.5 hours)

A Midsummer Night's Poetry reading (social hour)

Disaster Preparedness (2-2.5 hours)

Virtual Game Night (social hour)

October (date/time TBD): CLTs & Economic Development (1.5 hours)


Scholarships up to $75 are available to members of the NWCLT Coalition. Limit of 2 per organization. CLT Homeowners are encouraged to attend and can apply for scholarship funds separate from their CLT organization. Deadline to submit a scholarship request is April 16th, 2021.
